Summary of PPDP Goals:

  • My professional / personal development goal encompasses applying the technology/resources presented in the Arts Educator course on a regular basis throughout my unit of study. I would also like to use the resources for other units as well. I am learning how to incorporate as many resources as possible to enhance the learning process. For example, videos, pod-casts, 2.0 web tools, virtual tours via the computer, books, magazines, & placing digital pictures of student work on the Prexie Proud Artists wiki space. These combined technologies will open opportunities to myself as well as the students in the art room. Connecting technology / real world experiences / arts education while realizing the importance of valuable resources that will lend itself to life long learning.
